A yummy salad topper.
- 1 c sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 lb pecan halves
- Preheat oven to 250F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together; set aside.
- Whisk egg and water until frothy.
- Toss pecans in egg mixture; add sugar mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
