Chicken Diablo

My mother-in-law’s recipe, so fast and easy.

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp butter
• 1/2 c honey
• 1/4 c mustard
• 1 tsp curry
• chicken breasts or thighs

Instructions

1. Mix ingredients together in saucepan over low heat.
2. Spread sauce over chicken and bake until done, basting occasionally.
