Cheese and Wine Chicken

The wine and curry add great flavour.


  • 6 chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c white wine
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 2 c mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 c cheddar (grated)
  • paprika


  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Place chicken breasts in sprayed baking dish.
  3. Mix together the soup, wine and curry; fold in mushrooms.
  4. Pour soup mixture over chicken breasts and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Sprinkle generously with paprika.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
