Cheese and Wine Chicken

The wine and curry add great flavour.

  • 6 chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c white wine
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 2 c mushrooms sliced
  • 1 c cheddar grated
  • paprika


  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Place chicken breasts in sprayed baking dish.
  • Mix together the soup, wine and curry; fold in mushrooms.
  • Pour soup mixture over chicken breasts and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Sprinkle generously with paprika.
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
