Cheese and Wine Chicken
The wine and curry add great flavour.
- 6 chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c white wine
- 1 tsp curry
- 2 c mushrooms sliced
- 1 c cheddar grated
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Place chicken breasts in sprayed baking dish.
- Mix together the soup, wine and curry; fold in mushrooms.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken breasts and sprinkle with cheese.
- Sprinkle generously with paprika.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
