Equipment
- 1 Loaf pan sprayed with oil; then parchment-lined with sides over hanging; then sprayed again.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt
- 1 c calorie free sweetner, such a Monkfruit
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 1/2 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 1/4 c almond flour
Instructions
- Bake for 50 minutes; will be bown and crispy on top
- Mix all ingredients. See important note re lining loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 350F
