Low Carb Vanilla Loaf

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 c calorie free sweetner, such a Monkfruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 3 1/2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1 1/4 c almond flour

Instructions

  1. Bake for 50 minutes; will be bown and crispy on top
  2. Mix all ingredients. See important note re lining loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. Preheat oven to 350F
