Shuswap Muesli
Muesli – Shuswap
Thanks Ken & Gail for another delicious recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c rolled oats
- 1 c hemp hearts
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c almond slivers
- 1/2 c pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 c sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c chia seeds
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)
- chopped nuts (optional)
Serving Suggestion
- blueberries and almond milk
- Mix it all up… Makes 7 cups.
- Pour some blueberries in bowl, top with muesli, add almond milk.
