Ingredients

  • 2 ½ c rolled oats
  • 1 c hemp hearts
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1 c almond slivers
  • ½ c pumpkin seeds
  • ½ c sunflower seeds
  • ½ c chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)
  • chopped nuts (optional)

Serving Suggestion

  • blueberries and almond milk

Instructions

  • Mix it all up… Makes 7 cups.
  • Pour some blueberries in bowl, top with muesli, add almond milk.
