Brie with Kahlua

The creaminess of brie pairs perfectly with Kahlua.

Ingredients

• 14 oz brie round
• ¾ c pecans
• ¼ c Kahlua
• 3 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

1. Spread pecans in a microwavable bowl and mic on high 4-6 minutes.
2. Add Kahlua and sugar, stir well
3. Remove rind from top of brie and place in microwave safe dish.
4. Spoon pecan mixture on top of brie and microwave uncovered on high for about 45 seconds, increasing time as needed.
