Balsamic Vinaigrette

My go to dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 shallot (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • S & P (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in Nutri-Bullet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavours blend.
