Balsamic Vinaigrette
My go to dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 shallot (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- S & P (to taste)
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients in Nutri-Bullet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavours blend.
