Ingredients
- 2 c quick oats (not instant, not large flake, the stuff in the middle)
- ¼ c hemp hearts
- ¼ c ground flax seeds
- ¼ c sunflower seeds
- ¼ c almond slivers
- ¼ c dried fruit
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix it all up.
Individual Serving:
- Scoop ¼ or ½ c into a bowl.
- Add some boiling water and let it sit for a minute or two.
- Top with a bit of almond milk or apple sauce.
