Nancy’s Muesli

Ingredients

  • 2 c quick oats (not instant, not large flake, the stuff in the middle)
  • ¼ c hemp hearts
  • ¼ c ground flax seeds
  • ¼ c sunflower seeds
  • ¼ c almond slivers
  • ¼ c dried fruit
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix it all up.

Individual Serving:

  • Scoop ¼ or ½ c into a bowl.
  • Add some boiling water and let it sit for a minute or two.
  • Top with a bit of almond milk or apple sauce.
