Honey Glazed Carrots
Another quick and tasty side dish.
- 1 lb carrots sliced
- 1/4 c Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp pecans chopped, optional
- In a saucepan, bring carrots, dressing and honey to a boil.
- Reduce heat to med-low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with pecans.
