Honey Glazed Carrots

  • 1 lb carrots sliced
  • 1/4 c Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp pecans chopped, optional


  • In a saucepan, bring carrots, dressing and honey to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to med-low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with pecans.
